About

Becca Wallace

Hello and welcome to The Becca Blog! As you might have already guessed, my name is Becca. Becca Wallace to be exact. I created this blog for many reasons. One, because I blog about boring topics at work; a change in topic is quite exciting. Two, because I’ve always been told to shut up about everything. Three, because I think too much and I would love to share it with the world. Four, because I like to think that my life is pretty interesting…sometimes. And lastly, because I love to write.

A quick bio about myself–born in Las Vegas, raised in Seattle until the age of 11, lived in San Diego since. San Diego has won my heart with the exception of lack of snow and high cost of living. I’m 23 years of age, nobody likes me because of it (nod to you Blink 182). I have an awesome cat by the name of Dexter, and I work for a marketing company full time. In my free time I do a lot of cooking, hiking, working out, reading, watching movies, writing and exploring.

I also spend way too much money on concerts. Sarcasm and sass are my forte. Also, I graduated with a bachelor’s in English from San Diego State University in 2015, first one in my family with a degree, so kind of a big deal. That whole “you can’t get a job with a degree in English” is a bunch of BS. I like proving people wrong and excelling at everything I do, including playing Mario Kart 64.

Enjoy reading about my life and my attempt at adulting. P.S. I take and own every single picture on here, so don’t even think about stealing them.

xoxo
